The 2nd installment of Kathy G's public speaking

I felt that the text she used was one that can move people. It was a good choice. It had a lot of powerful themes within it. 9/11 is all too often used as either a red herring to distract people from the greater issues at hand or it is pandered in the faces of thousands as grounds for totalitarianism and the foundation of imperialism. Rarely do you hear a good piece about 9/11 that isn't fueled by political motives. This was one of those speeches.
Katherine showed signs of improvement since the last time she performed a reading in front of the class. She has reduced her giggling and toe tapping. That is not to say that they have gone away entirely but she is definitely moving in the right direction. I look forward to her next performance.

Kathy G's delivery of "Fear Not the Heat O' the Sun"

The delivery was a pretty good one. It was solid in the sense that the message was transmitted from her to the audience. That isn't to say that it was flawless. The flaws that were made apparent were giggling, tapping of the shoes, and the self-corrections that were made. To end on a lighter note, I thought that her projection was the best part of her preformance.
